The Lodge was founded by the President Domenico Santoro. The man pictured is Sebastiano Puglisi, AKA Lettero Villari. The 3x paternal Great Grandfather of Domenico. Fillippo Fanelli is the 4x Maternal Great Grandfather of Domenico and both fought for Italy's independence. Sadly there are no pictures of Filippo since he was born in 1789 and died in 1859.
